Be an advocate for OSU!
Due to the lightning pace of the upcoming session (legislators will be meeting in Salem for only 35 days at the most), all seven Oregon public universities will be coming together for a joint day of advocacy called University Day!
This year, University Day will be entirely online on February 9, 2022. Advocacy training will occur on February 4 at noon (the session will be recorded and made available afterwards), then advocates will meet online at noon on February 9. Meetings with legislators will occur between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. on February 9.
We need your help to advocate for policies that will impact higher education across the state, including:
- Strong Start funding
- Grants for Native American students
- Funding for campus improvement projects
- And more!
